ADHD Coach for Adults in Midlife
Peter was in the midst of a successful career as a nonprofit technology consultant when he was diagnosed with ADHD at 47 years old. The diagnosis drove Peter to find effective medication and coaching which helped at work in particular. It was not until a major midlife crisis hit him at the age of 51 that forced him to reckon with the ways in which ADHD affected every role and relationship in his life. Through help from coaches, therapists and others, Peter came out the other side of the crisis with a vastly improved life and saw, in coaching others with ADHD, his true passion and calling.
